最近不少外贸员反映Facebook被频繁封号，非常影响企业和外贸员的业务。


还记得上次给大家分享了Facebook防封指南，从广告账号，个人号，主页上分析总结了封号的原因和避坑方案，让外贸员在使用Facebook的过程中降低被封号的风险。

但如果Facebook账号已经被封，这种情况要怎么处理呢？别着急，跟着小七的解封步骤，一起来试试吧！

Facebook账号解封方法


一、判断

Facebook对账户的限制共有两种，一种是PermanentBlock，一种是TemporaryBlock。

前者是永久禁用；后者则是暂时性的禁用账户或者某些特定功能，可以通过上传身份证等来进行解封。  

二、解封方法


方法1：注册时的邮箱或手机号去解封。 

方法2：填写注册时的姓名，生日信息。 
遇到很多小伙伴的注册信息都是随便填的，建议大家要么填真实信息，比较健忘的朋友记得用个小本子把注册信息记下来。

方法3：身份证相关证件解封。 
比如身份证、护照、驾驶证等能证明你的身份 的法律证件，但要注意，你的身份证姓名要和你的 Facebook的名字是一致的。

方法4：好友协助解封
这个方法主要是通过你facebook好友主页相册里的照片进行甄选识别，不一定是好友本人。但对于Facebook里有很多陌生好友的朋友来说，可能比较难选。

方法5：直接找管理员申诉
以上4种方法都不行的话，那么尝试一下给管理员发份申诉邮件打动他吧。申诉邮件里态度要诚恳，不能撒谎，并且强调账号的重要性，模板已经附在下方：

说实在的，解封的方法不一定对每个人都适用，外贸人在运营Facebook的过程中，最好还是最好了解Facebook的机制政策，降低被封号的风险。
